Application:
Used for right-angle bonding (also called corner protection) and U-shaped bonding of EPE foam.
Working principle:
Using the principle of electric air gun, the two products needed to be bonded into the transmission part of the EPE foam machine. While feeding, the hot air automatically heats and melts the surface of the product to bond the foam together.
Advantages:
1. The processed product has a neat appearance, no yellowing, no traces, and good quality.
2. Fast bonding speed and high work efficiency (some products are equivalent to the work efficiency of 5-8 people).
