Application of EPE Foam Sheet Splicing Machine:

It is suitable for splicing and bonding two long foam materials together to increase the width of the material.

Working principle:

Two pieces of foam materials are conveyed through the roller, heated with hot air at the edge of the two sides of the sheets, and squeezed laterally to make them bonded together. This equipment is controlled by a PLC control system and driven by a servo motor to quickly complete product splicing.
