Pelletizer（Water round-cutting type） 

Application:

Mainly use for recycling of EPE.

Working Principle:

The recycle material is taken into blender by transmission. The heating screw stirs, heats and melts the material as to compress it as liquid flow via die head and through filter net and barrel, make special hardening treatment. When it passes through water round-cutting system, they would be cut into granules and then dehydrated by means of hi-speed centrifugal revolving force.
